Our Coir Production Process
We follow a meticulous, eco-conscious production process to ensure the highest quality in every fiber we deliver. Our production blends traditional techniques with modern equipment, enabling us to serve both domestic and international markets with consistency, efficiency, and sustainability.
Raw Husk Collection
We begin by sourcing raw coconut husks from trusted, sustainable coconut farms. Only mature husks are selected to ensure maximum fiber strength and quality.
- Sustainable sourcing from local farms
- Hand-picked for uniformity and durability
- Stored under controlled conditions before processing
Retting & Extraction
The husks are then soaked in water (a process known as retting) to loosen the fibers. After retting, fibers are mechanically or manually extracted to ensure long, strong coir strands.
- Traditional wet retting & green retting methods used
- Mechanical defibering for high-yield fiber output
- Fibers separated from pith for varied end-uses
Cleaning & Drying
Post extraction, the coir fibers are washed and naturally sun-dried to retain their natural color, flexibility, and strength.
- Dust and impurities removed
- Sun drying maintains eco-integrity and reduces energy use
- Moisture levels carefully controlled before processing
Processing & Spinning
Cleaned coir is then spun into yarn, curled into ropes, or shaped into finished products such as mats, brushes, and geotextiles.
- Twisting and weaving with precision
- Tailored product shaping for various industries
- Consistent quality checks at every stage
Packaging & Export
Finally, products are carefully packed to meet global shipping standards and customized as per client specifications. We ensure safe, eco-friendly, and timely delivery worldwide.
- Custom labeling and bulk packaging options
- Palletized, compressed, and wrapped for export
- Shipping to Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia & more
